Our Fan‑First Ticketing Policy

Designed for culture lovers. Built with purpose. Powered by community and technology. We’ve invested substantially in designing our fan‑first ticketing policy and technology because we believe culture deserves better than the status quo. Traditional ticketing platforms often can’t meet the standards of fairness, transparency, and protection that today’s fans deserve — so we took it upon ourselves to build and implement a policy that does.  

At the center of this investment is a simple belief: the people who keep showing up for the culture should be the first to be cared for. Our platform is built to recognize and reward the fans who return event after event, helping create a virtuous cycle in which loyalty strengthens the culture, and a stronger culture inspires even deeper fandom. 1. Dynamic QR Codes to Protect Festival‑Goers from Fraud

Every ticket issued through our platform uses a dynamic QR code that refreshes automatically, even when the mobile device is offline. This prevents screenshotting, duplication, and fraudulent resale — ensuring only genuine ticket holders enter our events.

Your ticket stays secure, authentic, and uniquely yours.

2. Radical Transparency in Ticket Allocation

Transparency is a cornerstone of how we operate.

The vast majority of our tickets go directly to public sale at accessible price points. The only tickets held back are reserved for the community members who actively help bring the festival to life — our exhibitors, creators, panelists, performers, corporate sponsors, and partners. We hold deep gratitude for these contributors; they are integral to shaping the culture and experiences that fans return for year after year. Their presence strengthens the festival, and they’re embraced as part of the community.  

Every other ticket goes straight to fans. No hidden channels. No unexplained blocks. Just transparency rooted in respect.    

For each large-scale event we host, we pledge to publish a manifesto of allocation at the end of the show.   Public disclosure prevents the "back-door" leaking of tickets to professional brokers, which is a major source of black-market inventory.

3. Fair and Flexible Ticket Transfers — One Free Friend‑to‑Friend Pass‑On

We understand that plans change. That’s why we allow one free in‑app ticket transfer at face value — giving fans a fair and simple way to pass a ticket to a friend when life gets in the way. This single transfer keeps flexibility alive while preventing multiple handovers that fuel resale abuse.

Any additional transfers include a small handling fee to discourage flipping and ensure tickets remain in the hands of genuine festival‑goers. Straightforward, fair, and designed to protect the community.

4. Premium Experiences That Keep 95% of Tickets Affordable

A select group of festival‑goers seek elevated experiences, and for them we offer a name‑your‑price premium tier that provides access to extras and enhancements. This model allows us to keep 95% of tickets affordable, ensuring the festival remains open, welcoming, and accessible to the broader community of culture lovers. Premium supports affordability. Affordability supports culture. Culture supports all of us.
