How to Claim Your Flex Transfer Tickets
1. Download App Make sure you have the official ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026 app installed on your mobile device. You can download it from the links here:

You will receive the ticket email in your inbox. Please wait for the claim links to arrive in your email inbox. Please DO NOT use the app's camera scanner.
2. Open Ticket Claim Links in Email
- Around 2 weeks before the event, you’ll receive an email containing your ticket claim link(s).
- This email will be sent to the email address you used when purchasing tickets from the ticketing platform.  
Tip: Can’t find the email? Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.  

3. How to Claim Your Ticket via the App
  • Open the claim link email on your mobile device.
  • Tap the claim link, it will automatically redirect you to the app. If you haven't downloaded the app, it will prompt you to download the app store and sign up first.
  • Sign in to the app using the SAME email address where you received the claim link.To ensure a smooth claim process, please make sure the details you use when signing up—such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number—match the information submitted at the time of ticket purchase.
  • After signing in, your ticket(s) will appear and be ready to claim.
  • If you don’t see your tickets after signing up, simply tap the claim link again.
  • If you open the claim link email on your computer, it will generate a QR code for you to scan for your phone's camera to access your claim link. Please Do NOT use the app's camera scanner.
4. How to Claim a Ticket for Yourself and Transfer it Later

A Flex Transfer Ticket is a special ticket type that allows you to claim the ticket to your own account first, with the ability to transfer it to a friend at any time after the initial claim.

4.1 Step 1- Claim Ticket for Myself
  • Selecting “Claim for Myself” means you are locking the ticket to your own account.
  • Before claiming, double-check that the Ticket Name, Ticket Holder, and Email are correct and assigned to you.
  • Tick the confirmation box and tap “Claim for Myself”.
  • The ticket will then appear in My Wallet > My Tickets.

4.2 Step 2 - Transfer Ticket to Friend
Note: Please note that the first transfer is FREE, then onwards handling fees increase incrementally for each subsequent transfer.
  • If you're transferring the ticket to someone else, Select the ticket you would like to transfer in My Wallet > My Tickets.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen, and select "Transfer Ticket" Button.
  • In the pop-up, enter the recipient's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Then, check the box to confirm you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
  • After all the information is filled in, tap “Confirm Transfer”.
  • A transfer link will be sent to your friend via email. They will have 96 hours (4 days) to claim the ticket.
  • While waiting for them to accept, you’ll see the ticket listed under My Wallet > My Tickets as “Pending Ticket Transfer”.
  • If your friend does not claim within 96 hours, the ticket will automatically return to your account.  

4.3 Transfer Fees & Rule
  • First Transfer (Round 1): Free of charge.
  • Second Transfer (Round 2): The person who received the ticket in Round 1 may transfer it again. In this case, a handling fee of 5% of the ticket price applies to the new ticket recipient.
  • Subsequent Transfers: After the second transfer, handling fees increase incrementally with each additional transfer.
How to Claim Your Tickets

How to Upgrade Your Ticket via the App
Follow these steps to upgrade your ticket directly in the app:

1. Go to the Upgrade Section
- On the app's Home Page, tap the "Upgrade Ticket" button.
2. Select Your Ticket
- If you have multiple tickets you'll be prompted to choose which one you'd like to upgrade.
- Tap on the desired ticket, then press "Next" to continue.
3. Choose Your Upgrade
- Select the top-up option you want to add to your ticket.
- Press the "+" button to add it to your cart.  
- Note: Due to limited availability, you can only purchase one top-up per transaction. If you wish to add more, you can return to the upgrade page later to make another purchase.
4. Review and Pay
- Tap "Checkout" to view your cart.
- Double-check your order details, then press "Pay Now".
5.Complete Your Purchase
- Fill in your payment information and select "Pay" to finalize the transaction.
6. Find Your Upgraded Ticket
- Once the payment is successful, your upgraded ticket will appear in My Wallet > My Tickets. 1. Download App
