How to Claim Your Tickets

1. Download App Make sure you have the official ComplexCon Hong Kong 2026 app installed on your mobile device. You can download it from the links here:
- App Store (iOS)
- Google Play 商店 (Android)

You will receive the ticket email in your inbox. Please wait for the claim links to arrive in your email inbox. Please DO NOT use the app's camera scanner.
‍2. Open Ticket Claim Links in Email
‍- Around 2 weeks before the event, you’ll receive an email containing your ticket claim link(s).
- This email will be sent to the email address you used when purchasing tickets from the ticketing platform.
Tip: Can’t find the email? Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.

3. How to Claim Your Ticket via the App

Open the claim link email on your mobile device.
Tap the claim link, it will automatically redirect you to the app. If you haven't downloaded the app, it will prompt you to download the app store and sign up first.
Sign in to the app using the SAME email address where you received the claim link.To ensure a smooth claim process, please make sure the details you use when signing up—such as First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number—match the information submitted at the time of ticket purchase.
After signing in, your ticket(s) will appear and be ready to claim.
If you don’t see your tickets after signing up, simply tap the claim link again.
If you open the claim link email on your computer, it will generate a QR code for you to scan for your phone's camera to access your claim link. Please Do NOT use the app's camera scanner.

4. Choose: Claim for Yourself or Transfer to a Friend When you begin the claiming process, you will be asked to "Claim ticket for myself" or "Transfer ticket to friend". This is a critical step. The corresponding steps are listed below:

Option 1: Claim Ticket for Myself

Selecting “Claim for Myself” means you are locking the ticket to your own account.
Before claiming, double-check that the Ticket Name, Ticket Holder, and Email are correct and assigned to you.
Tick the confirmation box and tap “Claim for Myself”.
The ticket will then appear in My Wallet > My Tickets.
Note: You will NOT be able to transfer this ticket after this step.

Option 2: Transfer Ticket to Friend

If you're transferring the ticket to someone else, select “Transfer to Friend” Button
You will NOT be able to return to this step or transfer later, so you MUST transfer at this stage.

Steps to Transfer:

Tick the confirmation box and tap “Transfer to Friend”.
Enter the recipient’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Tap “Confirm Transfer”.
A transfer link will be sent to your friend via email. Your friend MUST click the transferred "ticket claim link" via their email inbox to access their ticket. They will have 96 hours (4 days) to claim the ticket.
While waiting for them to accept, you’ll see the ticket listed under My Wallet > My Tickets as “Pending Ticket Transfer”.
If your friend does not claim the link via their email within 96 hours, the ticket will automatically return to your account.

How to Upgrade Your Ticket via the App

Follow these steps to upgrade your ticket directly in the app:

1. Go to the Upgrade Section
- On the app's Home Page, tap the "Upgrade Ticket" button.
2. Select Your Ticket
- If you have multiple tickets you'll be prompted to choose which one you'd like to upgrade.
- Tap on the desired ticket, then press "Next" to continue.
3. Choose Your Upgrade
- Select the top-up option you want to add to your ticket.
- Press the "+" button to add it to your cart.
- Note: Due to limited availability, you can only purchase one top-up per transaction. If you wish to add more, you can return to the upgrade page later to make another purchase.
4. Review and Pay
- Tap "Checkout" to view your cart.
- Double-check your order details, then press "Pay Now".
5.Complete Your Purchase
- Fill in your payment information and select "Pay" to finalize the transaction.

App download instructions for Chinese-brand android devices

Installing EasyAbroad (出境易) is a great method for running Google services on Chinese-brand Android & HarmonyOS devices.

Below are the instructions to install and set up EasyAbroad (出境易) on your device:

‍Step 1: Install EasyAbroad (出境易) from your Device’s App Gallery/Store.

Open your device’s AppGallery/Store.
Search for "Easy Abroad" or "出境易" (the Chinese name often yields better results).
Download and install the app.

‍Step 2: Initial Setup and Permissions

‍Open the EasyAbroad (出境易) app.
Grant necessary permissions (storage, notifications, etc.) to allow the app to function properly.

‍Step 3: Installing our ComplexConHK app

Search for the Google Play Store icon within EasyAbroad (出境易), and select it.
Search for download our ComplexConHK app via the Google Play Store, and press download.

Step 4: ComplexCon HK app successfully downloaded!

Once ComplexCon HK app is downloaded , you may now sign up and claim your tickets via our app if you have purchased tickets already.
